Independent estimate

PayCheck AI provides an informational estimate based on the figures supplied by you or extracted from documents. It is not payroll, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

Your responsibility

You must review every figure and compare it with your employment agreement, collective agreement and the rules that apply where you work. AI extraction can be incomplete or incorrect.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a calculation is complete, accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not make financial or legal decisions solely from the result.

Accounts and trial

The first 100 registered accounts receive a 30-day Pro trial; later accounts receive 14 days. The trial includes the Pro features available at registration and does not require payment details. When the trial ends, paid features are paused, but ending a trial or subscription does not by itself delete account data. Current price, renewal terms and any taxes will be shown before a user starts a paid subscription. No payment is taken without explicit confirmation.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you are entitled to use. Do not upload unnecessary personal information, malicious files or documents belonging to another person without permission. Team invitations, shared schedules, daily tasks and messages must not be used for harassment, spam, unlawful content or disclosing confidential workplace or personal information without permission. Team owners are responsible for who they invite, which daily tasks they assign and which members receive planner access.

Service availability

The service may change, become unavailable or apply usage limits. Access to AI functionality may be restricted to prevent misuse or excessive automated usage.

If you believe your pay is wrong, verify the pay period and rates and contact payroll, your employer, a union or a qualified adviser in your country.
